Great news for students in Rajasthan! The results for the BSTC Pre DElEd 2025 exam were announced today, June 14, at 5:00 PM. Over 5.5 lakh students who want to become teachers took this test, and now they can see their scores. The results came out on the official website, predeledraj2025.in. Here’s a simple guide to what happened, who did well, and what’s next.
Why the BSTC Exam Matters
The BSTC (Basic School Teaching Certificate) Pre DElEd exam helps students get into a two-year teacher training course called DElEd. This course teaches them how to become primary school teachers in Rajasthan. On June 1, 2025, about 5.5 lakh students took the exam in two shifts: morning (9:00 AM–12:00 PM) and afternoon (2:30 PM–5:30 PM). The test was run by Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU) in Kota.
The exam is a big deal because only 25,977 students can get seats in 343 private colleges and 33 government training institutes in Rajasthan. That makes it super competitive!
How to Check Your Results
Want to see your marks? It’s easy! Follow these steps:
- Go to the website predeledraj2025.in.
- Find the “Rajasthan BSTC Result 2025” link on the main page.
- Click it and type in your roll number and birth date.
- Press “Submit” to see your result.
- Save or print your scorecard for later.
Some students had trouble with the website because so many people were trying to check their results at once. If it doesn’t work, try again later when it’s less busy. Your scorecard shows your name, roll number, marks, and if you passed.
Who Did the Best?
This year, girls rocked the exam! The top three students were all women. Seema Goswami from Sikar got the highest marks and is the state topper. About 70% of the students who took the exam were girls, and many showed up to take it—90.4% in the morning shift and 91.3% in the afternoon. Jhalawar had the most students show up (93.6%), while Jalore had the fewest (86%).
Everyone also got a small boost: the exam organizers added 6 extra marks to every student’s score. This happened because there were some mistakes in the question papers, and they fixed it after checking complaints from students.
What Happens Next?
Now that the results are out, the next step is counseling, which starts on June 15 and goes until June 23, 2025. If you passed, you need to:
- Sign up for counseling on predeledraj2025.in.
- Pay a fee of ₹3,000 using online payment methods like UPI or a card.
- Choose which colleges you want to join.
On June 26, 2025, you’ll find out which college you got into based on your rank and choices. You’ll need to show your 12th-grade marksheet and other papers to confirm your spot. Some students are upset about the ₹3,000 fee because it’s a lot for families with less money.
Why BSTC Is a Big Deal
The BSTC exam is important because it helps young people become teachers who will teach kids in Rajasthan’s schools. The DElEd course gives them the skills to do this job well. With so many students trying for just a few seats, passing the exam is a huge achievement.
VMOU did a great job announcing the results early—they were supposed to come out on June 18 but arrived today instead. They also listened to students’ complaints about the exam questions and gave everyone those 6 extra marks. But some students are annoyed that the website was slow or crashed when they tried to check their results.
Looking Forward
For students who passed, it’s time to celebrate and get ready for counseling. They’re one step closer to becoming teachers! For those who didn’t make it, there’s always next year to try again. The success of girls like Seema Goswami shows that women are leading the way in teaching in Rajasthan.
As counseling starts, everyone is excited to see where these future teachers will go. They’ll help teach the next generation of kids in Rajasthan’s classrooms.
